    We Dry. You Sprinkle.

Our Story

As a home-schooling dad, my goal is simple - nourish the minds and bodies of my kids. So when our garden over grew, we dehydrated the excess and noticed our kids were "sprinkling" the dehydrated veggies on EVERYTHING.

And we figured - if we like it, you might too.

Our Products

At Dried and Sprinkled we source fresh vegetables, dehydrate and blend into three colorful, sprinkle-able options that are appealing to kids and adults alike.

The veggie powder is nearly flavorless and can be added to shakers and placed at the table (think salt and pepper), putting kids in control of sprinkling colorful designs (and nutrition!) on every meal and snack.

So, hand over the shakers, stand back and watch as your kids choose to add veggies - magic!

The Process

The process is simple. We take fresh vegetables...

Thoroughly wash and dehydrate...

Then blend into a nutritious, colorful and sprinkle-able powder.  The flavor is mild (most kids say it doesn't have a taste) and makes vegetables fun and appealing - helping to create healthy habits, early!

One cup of greens is now less than 1 Tbsp of powder and a colorful and appealing way to add vegetables to every meal. Add to sauces, smoothies, burgers, pasta and just about anything you can imagine!

*Dried and Sprinkled, LLC is licensed and all products are processed in a certified kitchen.

"My kids and I are obsessed with Dried and Sprinkled! My three boys love to decorate their food and as a personal trainer & health enthusiast, I love that they are unknowingly adding more veggies to their plate! (It’s the little wins).

Thank you D&S for greater piece of mind my kids are getting in their veggies.’
